As a kid I was always creating something.  It started with drawing, making friendship bracelets, selling hand-stamped greeting cards & magnetic bookmarks door-to-door.  It is now crocheting, wood-working, and design of all sorts.  You can’t learn to be creative… I was a creative kid and am even more creative now with all the tools I have at my fingertips. 

I graduated with Honors (Class of 2000) from Gaither High School in Tampa, Florida where, among other things, I aced every computer class available including Web Design I & II.  I competed & won 1st place in all of Hillsborough County in a computer skills assessment contest.  After high school, I was thrilled to be accepted into the design program at the International Academy of Design & Technology but attended Hillsborough Community College instead due to financial circumstances. 

My tools-of-the-trade are Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign and I am currently learning Dreamweaver & Flash.  I am a quick-learner with a thirst for knowledge, always finding the answer to the question: “How did they do that?”  

As a Branch Administrator for the largest locally owned real estate company in the Tampa Bay area, I have created marketing solutions for several top-tier local real estate agents.  My design background includes designing logos, property brochures, direct mail postcards, personal profile resumes, local magazine & newspaper advertisements, custom wedding invitations, birth announcements, and more.  I currently freelance design with the marketing department of the above mentioned company. I started this site & my ETSY store of custom invitations in May 2011 and am enjoying all the fun projects that have come my way!   

Personally, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets (2 dogs & a rabbit), going to baseball games (Go Rays!), golfing & sports of any kind, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
